We are excited to announce our new partnership with Grove Gallery, a leading London-based contemporary art gallery dedicated to making art accessible to all. This collaboration marks the launch of Dorsett Art in Residence, an initiative that transforms our public spaces into immersive showcases of creativity. Through this programme, we will feature a rotating selection of contemporary artworks every quarter, ensuring that guests and visitors can experience fresh, thought-provoking pieces throughout the year. By bringing together hospitality and fine art, we aim to foster cultural engagement and offer an inspiring environment where art can be appreciated in an unexpected yet welcoming setting.
Our first Artist in Residence is Silent Mike, a visionary creative known for blending intricate geometric patterns with classical sculpture elements. His unique approach results in striking compositions that bridge tradition and modernity, creating a sense of depth and movement within each piece. Now displayed at Jin Bar and throughout the hotel's public spaces, his collection invites guests to engage with the art on a personal level, whether enjoying a drink or simply passing through. To officially launch the Dorsett Art in Residence series, we are hosting an exclusive private event on 27th March. This invitation-only gathering will bring together art enthusiasts, collectors, and industry professionals for an evening of creativity and discussion.
