About Us

Dao by Dorsett North London will open in Q4 2024 as part of the restored Grade II* listed Town Hall complex. The development includes 68 serviced apartments, a mix of studios and suites spread across four floors. Many rooms, such as the old Borough Treasurer’s room, retain original ironmongery and timber panelling, paired with modern pendant lighting and terrazzo-inspired worktops.

Overlooking Town Hall Square, the complex also features an Art Centre with co-working spaces, a cinema, a debating chamber, assembly hall, recording studios, three restaurants, a café, and a rooftop bar. These unique spaces are perfect for events like weddings, live music, lectures, conferences, and corporate events.

Located in Crouch End, adjacent to its vibrant high street, the development benefits from excellent transport links to central London. The W7 bus to Finsbury Park Station (Zone 2) runs every few minutes and offers 24-hour service on weekends, providing direct access to central London via the Victoria and Piccadilly lines.
